FAQs
1. Can I use this consult for multiple rooms?
Yes. The Curiosity Consult will cover any spaces within the same home with the same decision makers. You do not need to purchase more than 1 Consultation per residence/ address unless the decision makers change or unless necessary (i.e. need more time). Example: A guest house or pied-à-terre for your in-laws would be treated as a separate project given different decision makers.
2. Can the consultation be online?
Yes! This consult can be taken in our Hasbrouck Heights, NJ showroom, digitally via Zoom or on-location in your home. (Additional fees may apply for travel)
3. Do I receive anything tangible at this meeting?
We will provide you with any literature or "take- withs" that apply to your scope of work, if requested.
4. Can I reschedule my time?
Yes, you can. There is no fee for canceling or rescheduling.
6. Are appointments refundable?
No. Rotelli Interiors LLC is communicating what you can expect to receive in return for your investment. By being clear and direct, you get to have an understanding of exactly what you will gain from this appointment. You are also invited to ask questions prior to booking.
7. What if I feel you are not a good fit for me and my family after consulting with you?
No hard feelings. I invite you to hire professionals that you feel are in alignment with you and your family. Hiring professionals (especially creatives like me) that are not a good fit for you is doing a disservice to your project. It also takes my availability away from a client who is ideal for me.
